You must be a Reach Energy customer and your account must be in good standing. If you account becomes delinquent then these promotions and or benefits are temporary suspended until account is back in good standing.
$100 Phone Card: The card is valued up to $100 in long distance minutes. Each card gets about 200 minutes in total. Each month on the 1st, if the account holder is in good standing with the electricity account, then 40 minutes will be available for use for that month only. Phone Card becomes inactive after 10 months. Policy is subject to change without notice.
$25 Restaurant Gift Certificate: Once you receive the card in the mail from us you will be directed to secure web site to redeem your card, view the cities available and pick the local restaurant. Your use of the gift certificate is governed by the additional requirements of the restaurant that you chose.
$30 Internet Service: Ninety Days of Complimentary Internet. Price is reduced to $5.00 a month for first 3 months. Once you have paid the 3rd month, send us a copy of your paid bills and Reach Energy will send you a check for $15 covering the cost of the internet service, (not including any taxes you may have paid).
$225 Nationwide Voice Mail Service: You receive shared access to a Toll Free 800 number and a individual voice mail box number. Your friends, family and associates can call from anywhere in the lower 48 states and leave a message for you. You must dial a long distance number to check your messages, setup your account and change your greeting. If you wish total 800 access and other features, there is a one time fee of $4.95. This product is not for commercial use and is only for residential causal use. 800 Voice Mail Service becomes inactive after 10 months. Policy is subject to change without notice.
$225 Morning WakeUP and Reminder Service: You must dial a long distance number to change your reminder message, setup your account and change your morning wake up call time and day. WakeUP and Reminder Service become inactive after 10 months. Policy is subject to change without notice.
$120 Local Phone Service Free for 90 Days: This requires access to a computer with internet access that you can legally control. You might be required to install software to use the USB device which must be plugged in to receive free long distance calling. Local Phone Service and Free Long Distance become inactive after 10 months. Policy is subject to change without notice.
$1,000 CASH Sweepstakes: We will be participating with other merchants to offer a chance for our customers to register to win $1,000.00 cash to be given away at the end of 2010. This sweepstakes will be available at other merchant locations where their customers will be allowed to register to win also. We will send you notice by email when it is available to register.
$250 Free Electricity: Each month starting in August, Reach customers in good standing may register online to win one month's free electricity. If you are the selected winner, your account must be in good standing or we will select another customer. Up to $250 will be credited for one month's usage. If you only use $200 in electricity then only $200 credit will be issued to your account, the other $50 will disappear and no amount will be applied to the next bill. You can register again the next month online. This Policy is subject to change without notice.
